Shipping and delivery
- All items ship from stock in China. There is no local inventory in North America.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 7 business days. Items whose title shows "[N-Day Preorder]" are dispatched after the stated preparation time.
- After dispatch, transit from China to the U.S. takes about 25–40 days. Actual timing depends on the product, ZIP code, vessel schedules, customs and local delivery appointments; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Prices do not include shipping. Base shipping to lower-cost U.S. areas is about US$249; other areas cost more and are confirmed before payment. For Canada and special addresses, please contact us first.
- Standard delivery is door-to-door, without carrying inside, stairs or assembly. Room-of-choice and white-glove delivery must be confirmed before payment.

Returns, refunds and warranty
- Standard items: change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery; the customer pays the actual shipping costs.
- Oversized items clearly marked as such before payment: within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Verified quality issues, shipping damage, wrong or missing items: YesWood Home covers the reasonable cost of resolving them.
- Refunds: usually issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Warranty: on eligible solid wood collections, 8 years on the solid wood structure and 5 years on hardware, as stated on the product page and order confirmation. See Warranty.

Yeswood solid wood collections mainly use North American oak, ash, cherry and black walnut, Russian ash (Manchurian ash) and European beech. The exact material of each item is listed on its product page; see How Good Furniture Is Made for the production steps.
